Privacy policy

How this website handles your information. Last updated 2026-08-14.

Who we are

lagunaniguelimplants.com ("this website", "we") is an independent advertising and educational website about dental implant treatment. We are not a dental practice. We do not provide dental care, do not employ dentists, and do not operate a clinical location. See our advertising disclosure for the full commercial relationship.

What we collect

When you submit the consultation request form, we collect:

  • Your first and last name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • Your ZIP code
  • A general treatment interest you select from a fixed list
  • Your preferred contact method and preferred time
  • The fact that you gave consent, and the exact consent wording shown to you
  • Marketing attribution values from your visit, such as UTM parameters, the page you landed on, and the referring website's domain

What we deliberately do not collect

We do not ask for, and the form cannot accept, medical history, medications, allergies, symptoms, diagnoses, dental images or x-rays, insurance member or group numbers, Social Security numbers, or date of birth. Please do not send any of these through this website. If you need to share clinical information, bring it to your appointment or contact Laguna Niguel Dental directly.

How we use it

We use your information for one purpose: to pass your consultation request to Laguna Niguel Dental so they can contact you. We also keep a record of the submission and the consent you gave.

Who we share it with

Your consultation request is transmitted to Laguna Niguel Dental, the participating dental provider named on this website. We also use service providers who process data on our behalf — website hosting, and the customer relationship management system that receives and stores the request.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other dental practices, lead brokers, or third-party advertisers. Once your information reaches Laguna Niguel Dental, their own privacy practices apply to it, and you should contact them directly with questions about how they hold your records.

We may disclose information where required by law, or to protect the rights, safety or property of this website or others.

Calls, texts and emails

By ticking the consent box you agree that Laguna Niguel Dental may contact you by phone, text message or email about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may withdraw consent at any time by telling the caller, replying STOP to a text message, or using the unsubscribe link in an email.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses only the analytics and advertising measurement tools that are configured by its operator. Where they are enabled, they may set cookies to measure how the site is used and how effective advertising is.

We honour the Global Privacy Control signal. If your browser sends GPC, we treat it as an opt-out of the sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, automatically and without you needing to do anything else. You can also change your choice at any time using the Your Privacy Choices control, which is linked from the footer of every page.

We never send the contents of the form to analytics or advertising platforms. Names, phone numbers, email addresses, ZIP codes and your treatment interest selection are never transmitted to Google, Meta, or any other measurement provider. Analytics events record that an action happened — such as a form being submitted — and nothing about what you typed.

How long we keep it

Consultation requests are retained for as long as needed to deliver them and to keep a record of consent, and thereafter as required for our legal and record-keeping obligations. You may ask us to delete your record using the contact details below.

Security

Information is transmitted over an encrypted connection and delivered to the provider's customer relationship management system through a secured server-side integration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act gives you the right to:

  • Know what personal information we have collected about you
  • Request a copy of that information
  • Request deletion of that information
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights

To make a request, email privacy@lagunaniguelimplants.com. We will verify your identity before acting, which normally means confirming details you already gave us. You may use an authorised agent, and we may ask for proof of their authority.

Children

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other websites

This website links to other websites, including the participating provider's own site and public review platforms. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised, and material changes will be reflected there.
